Welcome to your sweet escape. I’m Nivea, Licensed Esthetician, Wax Specialist and founder of Sweet Escape Studio LLC. With years of hands-on experience in full body waxing, my passion is helping clients feel confident, clean, and comfortable in their own skin. I specialize in efficient, detailed, and results-driven services that prioritize both skin health and client comfort. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and understand that waxing can feel intimidating. That’s why I focus on creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can relax and trust you’re in good hands. Whether it’s your first wax or your fiftieth, my goal is to make every visit smooth, professional, and empowering. While I primarily serve women, I also welcome male clients and provide select men’s waxing services with the same level of precision, discretion, and care. After building my expertise in a fast-paced professional setting, I created Sweet Escape Studio to offer a more personalized, elevated experience. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sweet Escape Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review the following policies before booking: ✨Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. CASH IS PREFERRED. Cards are accepted if needed. Reschedules made outside of 24 hours will retain the deposit for a future booking. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. ✨No Call / No Show: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will no longer be permitted to book future appointments and will be permanently banned from booking. Please respect my time. ✨Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. This is 50% of the total service cost. Deposits go towards this amount. If the card on file declines and payment cannot be collected, you will be blocked from booking future appointments until the balance is paid. ✨Cancellations More Than 24 Hours in Advance: Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will NOT incur a fee. Please use the confirmation text or email to cancel. ✨Rebooking After Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours and wish to book again, 100% of your next service must be paid upfront before securing a new appointment. ✨Extra Guests: No extra guests are allowed unless being serviced. Please arrive alone to your appointment. (Moms are welcome to bring their child to their appointment if need be) ✨After hours/Squeeze-in Appointment Fee Appointments requested outside of regular business hours are considered Early Access or After Hours bookings and may require an additional fee of $25+. This fee is based on availability and timing. Approval is required prior to booking. As a solo esthetician, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact my business.
